Got up and did my Achilles and hamstring stretches and then did the 10 minute leg Pilates workout DVD. It went quite well and I could do most of it.
Work went well and quite pleased that I had 2 cups of mint tea at work, but still only a banana for lunch. Luckily I found a chocolate biscuit in the afternoon!
Definitely getting more done at home and work ,
