Woke up feeling upbeat and actually did the 10 minute Pilates session. Very pleased with myself but it did highlight how stiff I was! I couldn’t even straighten my leg enough in one of them.

I did do the Achilles and hamstring stretches. Which are both stretched I give to my patients frequently. I feel really good for making the effort!

Got loads done today, met a friend for coffee, did an Asda shop, put the Christmas tree up, ironed and cooked tea! So I’ve made a good start!

I really kept in my mind that that each task would be easy and quick!
