My first post!

Feeling really lethargic and fed up with myself, its 14 months since I did any regular exercise except for my Pilates once a week at PEAK Physio, have a look at their website (http://www.peakphysioandfitness.com) and I seem to have lost my get up and go.

I’m pretty sure I’m hibernating for the winter!

My daughter has started a fitness camp, which she goes to 3-4 times a week (http://www.fastwaytofitness.co.uk) and it’s made me think, I could and should get going a bit more.

I’m always giving advice at work, now I am going to start taking my own advice!

I often say to my patients, choose an exercise you love, not what you feel you should be doing, then it won’t feel like exercise.

So it is my mission in 2015 to find an exercise that I love. Watch this space to see how I get on!
