Really pleased about doing the 10 minute session of Pilates DVD again
Got up early, had a nice quiet breakfast and a cup of tea, it was nice to have time to think. I did my Achilles and hamstring stretches before doing the 10 minute session of Pilates DVD. Really pleased I’ve done it again, but it is still a challenge.
Had a good day at work, but I only drank half a cup of coffee all day and ate a banana for lunch, somehow I forget to eat at work.
Made a healthy dinner of Quorn fajitas, but I ate loads as I was so hungry, which isn’t a surprise!
Went out to my voluntary work in Colwyn Bay and got back at 9pm – Long day!
